AllyRae Conley

Hi, I’m AllyRae Conley, LISW-CP

As the founder of Collective Conscious Counseling, I dreamt of a space where people can slow down, reconnect to themselves and the community around them, and ultimately feel supported through life’s challenges. My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that every person carries inner wisdom that deserves to be witnessed and honored.

My Approach

On a person-to-person level, I find supporting others along their journeys toward deeper self-understanding, healing, and building a life aligned with their values to be a profound honor.

As humans, we may find ourselves in a place where we feel lost, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in unhealthy thoughts and feeling patterns. This is when therapy can provide a safe place to explore your inner world, process past experiences, build healthier skills, and reconnect to your authentic self.

I work with adults and adolescents to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. While I value my clinical knowledge, I honor your innate wisdom by tailoring my approach to your individual needs and goals.

With a special focus on mind-body healing, I guide my clients in understanding how past experiences impact present functioning, often shaping their core beliefs and nervous system. Along with traditional talk therapy, I utilize an integrated approach to therapy that is based in a relational and attuned presence, and consisting of EMDR, somatic practices, and parts work.

Parts Work

Parts work (also known as Ego State Therapy) is a therapeutic approach that understands the mind as made up of different “parts,” each with its own role, emotions, and beliefs. Treatment focuses on increasing awareness of these parts, strengthening internal communication, and resolving inner conflicts that may contribute to distress or unhelpful patterns. By fostering compassion and integration among parts, this approach supports improved emotional regulation, relational functioning, and reduced symptom intensity.

EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. Rather than focusing on talk alone, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation to reduce the emotional intensity of painful memories and negative beliefs. Many people find it helps them feel more grounded, resilient, and free to respond to the present with greater ease.

Somatic therapy is a body-centered, clinically informed approach that recognizes how stress and trauma are held in the nervous system. We focuse on increasing interoceptive awareness, nervous system regulation, and adaptive responses by attending to bodily sensations, movement, and physiological patterns. By integrating the body into the therapeutic process, somatic therapy helps build a greater sense of safety, emotional regulation, and peace.
